• Screening Candidates: Screening test is conducted to assess the students technical & Communication skills. During this screening process students can self assess their technical, aptitude levels.
• Skilling Hot and Soft: After evaluation, special training is given to boost your skills. we prepare you to face aptitude test of companies by enhancing quantitative, verbal, reasoning and Soft skills. Special training is conducted in communication skills which make you potent in Group Discussions, Interviews and other leadership skills.
• Researching the Job Market: We also liaise with recruiters and organize your interviews and campus drives. Even if you are not selected for the job, we identify the reason for you failure and rectify through rigorous training and arrange interviews again.
